Betting and Game Rules

General rules for all play
These rules apply to every game in our lobby, whether you are playing from your real money balance or from a bonus balance. Where a game has its own rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to what is set out here.
- One account per person. You may hold one account with us. If we find duplicate or shared accounts, we may close them and void bets placed from them.
- 18 and over only. Play is restricted to customers aged 18 or over. We verify the identity and age of every account holder as part of holding a gaming licence, and we may ask for documents before you continue playing or withdraw.
- Funds must cover the stake. A bet is accepted only if your balance covers the full stake at the moment you confirm it.
- Bets are final once placed. Once a round has started, the bet cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, whether it is a single spin, a round in an autoplay sequence or a hand at a table.
- Real money and bonus balance. Your balance may be made up of real money, bonus funds or both. The cashier shows which part of your balance a stake is taken from, and bonus funds remain subject to the bonus terms.
- Limits shown in your account. Stake ranges differ by game and are shown in the game itself. Any deposit, loss or session limits you have set apply on top of those, as shown in your account.
If you are unsure how a game works, open its help screen before staking. Many games also offer a demo mode where that mode is available to you.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is processed on our game servers. The result recorded by the game server is the final result of that round, even where the display on your device shows something different after a connection problem, a page refresh or a browser fault.
- In-game rules and paytables apply. Each game has its own rules, paytable and win lines, available from the game's help or information screen. Those rules decide how a result is paid.
- Return to player. The theoretical return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's help or information screen. It is a long-run average across a very large number of rounds and does not predict the outcome of any single session.
- Outcomes are set when the bet is confirmed. The result of a round is determined at the moment the bet is accepted. Stopping a reel early, using turbo or quick-spin settings, or closing the game does not change it.
- Autoplay. Autoplay places the same bet repeatedly until you stop it or a condition you have set is met. Each round in the sequence is a separate and final bet.
- Credits and history. Wins are added to your balance when the round is settled, and every settled round appears in your account history.
| What you want to check | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Paytable, symbol values and win lines | The game's help or information screen |
| Return-to-player figure and maximum win | The game's help or information screen |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The bet panel inside the game |
| How a past round was settled | Your account history |
| Which balance a stake comes from | The cashier |
Malfunctions, disconnections and unfinished rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or a payout behaves in a way it is not designed to, the affected rounds are void and any stake is returned to the balance it came from.
- Incorrect pays. If a round pays an amount that the game's paytable does not support, the round is void and the balance is corrected.
- Display errors. Where the amount shown on screen and the amount recorded by the game server differ, the server record stands.
- Interrupted rounds. If your connection drops mid-round, the round stays open on the server. It resumes from the same point when you reopen the game, or it is settled automatically and the outcome is credited to your balance.
- Unresolved rounds. A round that cannot be completed because of a technical fault is void and the stake is returned.
- Features and free spins. An interrupted feature resumes when you reopen the game, and an open feature may block some cashier actions until it has finished.
If a round does not settle
Do not keep staking on a game that has left a round open. Note the game name and the time, then contact us on live chat or at support@casinofruitychance.co.uk so the round can be settled from the server record.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are governed by the terms of the promotion they came from, together with these rules and our Terms and Conditions.
- Maximum bet while wagering. While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per round applies, as set out in the bonus terms. Rounds staked above it may be void.
- Game contributions differ. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The rates in force are shown with the promotion.
- Order of play. Where you hold both real money and bonus funds, the cashier shows which balance is being staked and in what order.
- Restricted play. Equal-opposite, covering or other low-risk betting patterns used to clear a wagering requirement may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
- Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion, after which any remaining bonus balance and open wagering are removed.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed to your device. The dealer runs the table in line with the rules for that table, and the dealer's call on the outcome of a round is final.
Betting time and late bets
- Bets must be confirmed before the betting timer closes. A bet that is not confirmed in time is not placed, and the stake stays in your balance.
- A bet accepted after betting has closed, or in a round that has already begun, is void and the stake is returned.
- Where a table uses seats, leaving the table or losing your connection may give up the seat. Bets already placed are still settled on the server record.
Table-specific rules
- Each table's help screen sets out the rules that apply there, including payouts, side bets, the decisions available to you and how ties are handled.
- Misdeals, dealer errors and spins that do not complete correctly are handled under the rules for that table. The round may be void and stakes returned.
- Conduct that disrupts a table, including abusive messages to a dealer or other players in chat, may lead to chat being muted or the account being restricted.
Questions about a settled round
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us on live chat or write to support@casinofruitychance.co.uk. The sooner you tell us, the easier the round is to trace. Please include:
- The username or e-mail address on your account.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, with the time zone you were in.
- The round or game reference, where the game shows one.
- The stake, the result you saw, and what you expected instead.
We check the round against the game server record and your account history, and we come back to you with what that record shows. The server record is what settles the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, our complaints procedure explains how to take it further, including to an alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
Staying in control
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and the cashier shows the limits currently in place. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from participating online gambling sites.
