Terms & Conditions
Picked for you

Accepting these terms and changes we make to them
These terms apply to your use of Fruity Chance Casino and to any account you hold with us. By registering, depositing funds or playing any game on the site, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.
Individual games, payment methods and promotions may carry their own rules. Those rules apply alongside these terms, and where the two differ on a specific point, the rules of the game or promotion apply to that point.
We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our licensing obligations, in the games we offer or in the way our systems work.
- The version published on this page is the one that applies to your account.
- Where a change affects your rights or the way you use your account, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.
- If you do not accept a change, you may ask us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the checks set out below.
Eligibility and your account with us
You open an account in your own name and for your own use only. We hold a gaming licence, which means we are required to confirm who our customers are and to keep accurate records about them.
Who can open an account
- You must be 18 or over. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence, and we close accounts where we find the holder is underage.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to use a payment method registered in your own name.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and must not be acting for anyone else.
- You must not be currently self-excluded with us or through a scheme such as GamStop.
One account per person
Each person may hold one account. If we find duplicate accounts, we may close the additional ones, void any bonus and bonus winnings gained through them and return deposited funds that have not been staked.
Your details and your login
Keep the details on your account accurate and up to date, including your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Keep your password and any security codes to yourself. Activity carried out using your login is treated as yours, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Verification, deposits and withdrawals
We complete verification checks on your account before we release your first withdrawal. We may also run checks at other times, as we are required to do, and we may hold activity on the account while a check is open.
Identity, age and address checks
We ask for documents that confirm who you are, that you are 18 or over and where you live, together with evidence of the payment method used. Documents must be current, legible and in your own name. We handle them in line with our privacy policy.
| What we check | What we usually ask for |
|---|---|
| Identity and age | Photo identification in your own name showing your date of birth |
| Address | A recent document showing your name and current home address |
| Payment method | Evidence that the card, account or wallet used to deposit belongs to you |
Source-of-funds checks
In some cases we are required to ask about the source of the funds you deposit. Where that applies, we will tell you what we need. If the information is not provided, we may restrict the account until the check is complete.
Deposits
You may deposit using the methods shown in the cashier, in your own name. Funds held with us are for gambling on this site, not for holding or transferring money. Minimum and maximum amounts, and any charges applied by your provider, are shown in the cashier before you confirm.
Withdrawals
We return funds to the method you deposited with wherever that method supports it; where it does not, we use an alternative in your own name. Requests are processed once any open checks are complete and any bonus conditions attached to your balance have been met. The limits that apply to your account are shown in the cashier.
Bonuses and promotions
Every bonus, free spin offer or other promotion we run has its own terms, published with the offer. Those terms sit alongside this page and set out what the offer requires of you.
- Wagering - a bonus and winnings from it must be staked a set number of times before the balance can be withdrawn.
- Maximum stake - offers cap the stake you may place while a bonus is active.
- Game weighting - games contribute differently towards wagering, and some do not count at all.
- Expiry - a bonus and any unused free spins end after the period stated in the offer.
- Eligibility - some offers are limited to new customers, to certain payment methods or to a single use per person.
We may withdraw an offer, cancel a bonus or void winnings from it where play is designed only to extract bonus value, including duplicate or linked accounts, group play, low-risk or equalised betting, and stakes above the limits of the offer. Your own deposited funds are returned in those cases.
Safer gambling, closing or suspending an account
Tools to keep your play under control are in your account, and we suggest you set them before you feel you need them.
- Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Loss and session limits, with reminders showing how long you have been playing.
- Time-out for a short break, during which you cannot deposit or play.
- Self-exclusion for a longer fixed period, which we cannot lift early.
Free support
GamStop lets you block yourself from online gambling accounts with participating operators in one step. Confidential advice and support are available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
When an account closes
You can ask us to close your account at any time, and we return any withdrawable balance once the usual checks are complete. We may suspend or close an account where it has been inactive for a long period and we have told you in advance, where we are required to do so, where these terms have been broken, or where we have concerns about the security of the account or about your gambling.
Complaints, our liability and governing law
Making a complaint
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Write to support@casinofruitychance.co.uk with your username and what happened, or use the live chat on the site. We acknowledge complaints, look into them within a reasonable time and explain our decision in writing.
Independent dispute resolution
If we cannot reach agreement, you can refer the matter free of charge to the independent dispute resolution service we use. We give you the details with our final response. The service considers the dispute on the information supplied, and its decision binds us.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games working properly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Where a game or the site malfunctions, the affected round is void and stakes are returned, and the results recorded on our systems are the ones that stand. We are not liable for losses caused by equipment or connections outside our control, or for your decision to gamble. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.
